Joakim Egseth Solberg

Founder, managing partner and Author of the FullPotentialPeople

Joakim is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for creating and helping others reach their full potential. He has a Bachelor's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Vest Agder University and an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the University of Nordland. Joakim´s natural fit is to take on high energy projects for a limited time creating and ideating out of chaos. He loves a new challenge to do what he is best at, developing concepts, ideation, big picture thinking and developing teams.

Throughout his career, Joakim has co-founded several companies, including Zwipe, IPO (known for creating the world's first contactless fingerprint payment card), LudusArts (a platform for creatives), Waterdrop (a film and animation production company) and Extratime (an AI generative sport solution). He also worked as a strategic consultant for startups such as Lexolve (an AI law tech company) and Nyby (a sharing economy platform in the health industry).

In each of these ventures, Joakim played a vital role in raising pre-seed and seed rounds, including governmental funds, and served as CEO and board member for several of them, guiding the companies through their early stages. His breakthrough energy and ability to build from chaos have been invaluable in his work.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Joakim is also a guest speaker and workshop facilitator, sharing his insights and knowledge with schools and companies alike. He also served as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission in the Horizon 2020 SME instrument for three years.

Ole Paulsen

Founder, PARTNER and Author of the Full Potential People

Ole is 49 years old, Norwegian, married with four children. He started out as a songwriter and musician at the age of 15, signed recording and publishing contracts in London at the age of 17. Had a few territorial hit records and was, for a few years, the largest provider of ID music for BBC TV. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business economics from the University of Surrey and an MBA from Warwick Business School. He was founding partner and managing director of one of Norway’s first advertising agencies to utilise the opportunities provided by the internet. He was a founding partner and managing director of a simulator technology company who re-invented the value chain and business model of offshore oil and gas drilling. He spent 5 years in senior management positions of Norway’s largest oil service company challenging established truths and driving change. He has spent his entire life observing what he is most interested in - people - always asking the question; why? Why aren’t all of us the best we can be at being ourselves? Why are only a few achieving their full potential?
